WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:

As a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites.

You will also:

  • Provide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador.
  • Observe, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.
  • Read and write detailed, accurate reports on incidents and daily activities.
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards with professionalism.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:

  • 18+ years old or the minimum age required by the state
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED; possessing an associate's degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of security experience and/or military/LEO
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitors
  • Authorization to legally work in the United States
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Access to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice response
  • Ability to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
  • Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
  • Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and use ladders
  • Ability to work at a desk and use a keyboard
  • Ability to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays
