Job description

Rate: $19.80/hr.
Position Summary: Team members will be cross-trained in multiple facets of warehouse processes and expected to train others in a collaborative environment. They will also meet warehouse metrics and adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Day: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
  • Overtime will be required during peak production seasons

Requirements
Order Fulfillment:
o Process orders promptly and accurately.
o Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.
o Collaborating with a team helps to ensure orders are picked on time.
Inventory Management:
o Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
o Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with the team to update the ERP system.
o Coordinate with other departments.
Quality Control:
o Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
o Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck.
o Document any discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
o Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders.
o Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
o Practice safe working principles.
o Active participation in continuous improvement.
