Job description

Position Summary:
The Learning Center Teacher provides targeted academic support through small-group and individualized instruction aligned with classroom learning. This role collaborates closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students with diverse learning needs.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide small-group and individual instruction
- Collaborate with classroom teachers on differentiation and accommodations
- Support implementation of accommodations
- Partner on scheduling and student planning
- Participate in student support meetings
- Maintain documentation and communicate progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Teaching certification preferred
- Experience supporting diverse learners
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
