Employees may patrol the property, monitor for trespassers or wildlife threats, and respond to security incidents as needed. This role is ideal for individuals seeking variable work times, often accommodating personal or seasonal needs while ensuring the safety and security of ranch operations. Strong observational skills, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are important soft skills for this role. These skills and qualities are crucial to ensure the safety of ranch property, livestock, and personnel, especially during variable or non-standard hours.

What are some common challenges faced by flex schedule ranch security personnel, and how can they be addressed?
