Job Description 

Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring Unarmed Security Guards for a flexible part-time role in Vernon. Whether you're a student, working a day job, semi-retired, or an experienced guard who wants variety instead of the same post every day — this role is built for you. We're looking for dependable officers who understand what clients expect from their security team and deliver on that expectation every shift. Position Title: Unarmed Security Guard (Flex) 
Job Type: Part-Time, up to 24 hrs/week

🛡 What You'll Do 
  • Maintain a visible security presence at assigned client sites 
  • Monitor for unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and safety concerns 
  • Control access and log visitors at entry points 
  • Secure designated areas and report issues to management immediately 
  • Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and on time 
  • Follow all post orders, client instructions, and site-specific procedures 
  • Cover emergency call-outs when available 
✔ What We're Looking For 
  • Valid California Guard Card (required) 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check 
  • Punctual, professional, able to stand and walk for extended periods 
  • Minimum 4 shifts per month 
  • Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred 
  • Prior security experience — preferred, not required
