Hybrid Flexibility ~ What to Expect - Hybrid flexibility is available for non-patient-facing work
- In-person attendance is required for key responsibilities such as BT training, assessments, and certain clinical support needs
- BCBAs are expected to see patients in person at least twice per month
- Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of the clinic and able to attend onsite
- There may also be opportunities to support more than one clinic, depending on operational needs
What You'll Do - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure progress
- Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead parent training and support
What You Bring - Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention
- Strong communication and leadership skills
