Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with Net Health point of service documentation on iPad required.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• Fast-paced, high-acuity skilled nursing facility environment.
• 88% productivity expectation.
• If not vaccinated for COVID, a signed risk acknowledgment form is required.
