Flex Rn Adn information

Do flex registered nurses with an ADN get paid more?

Flex registered nurses with an ADN typically earn less than those with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), as higher education levels often lead to higher pay. However, pay can also depend on experience, certifications, and the healthcare facility, with some employers offering competitive rates for flexible or travel nursing roles regardless of degree. Overall, having an ADN may limit earning potential compared to a BSN in the nursing field.
