Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teletherapy services to students in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics.
• Utilize existing tools within our platform to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Maintain accurate client records while minimizing paperwork through our streamlined digital systems, enabling you to focus more on client interaction and less on administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up appointments to monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage with families and school staff to enhance client support and foster collaborative relationships that promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work specifically with school-aged clients, providing accessible mental health support to those who may struggle to find services outside of school hours. Many students come from diverse backgrounds that may include varying socioeconomic statuses and differing levels of access to resources.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• No disciplinary actions on your license are permitted.
• Strong communication and professional interaction skills with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• Ability to maintain a private and professional counseling space while respecting confidentiality and privacy policies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with school-age children and adolescents.
• Prior experience managing a diverse caseload, specifically in teletherapy or remote service settings.
• Having dual or multi-state certifications is a bonus!
