What You’ll Do

• Architect for Success: Advise product and technology teams on designing and deploying scalable, secure, and modern applications.
• Drive Standards: Influence coding practices, architectural patterns, and review processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with infrastructure, data services, and other enterprise groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead by Example: Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning, and champion modernization opportunities through repeatable patterns and technology audits.
• Stay Ahead: Research industry trends, explore innovative solutions hands-on, and represent OEC in technology communities and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 4+ years designing and developing complex software applications.
• Expertise in modern architecture principles, design patterns, and technologies like Hybrid Microsoft .NET, C#, Java, relational databases, and JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React). Cloud native AWS
• Experience with Web APIs and microservice architectures.
