Job description

Process/Mold Technician

PLASTIC INJECTION PROCESS/MOLDING TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Plastic Products Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Start & test tools & resins. Establish & document injection molding parameters.
  • Using a methodical approach to troubleshoot machines, equipment, & processes to resolve part quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot cartesian & 6X robot programming & EOAT/hardware & establish new programs when needed.
  • Candidate will be asked to work alongside other departments & team members in a group setting to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have strong background in injection molding. Scientific molding experience and training a plus!
  • Plastic injection molding: 2 years+
  • Experience w/ Nissei, Milacron, Roboshot Injection molding machines preferred.
  • Experience w/ Star, Sepro, Fanuc robotics preferred.

Work Location:

  • In person

3rd Shift
Sunday night-Thursday night
11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Rotating weekend work when required.
