Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities, ensuring recovery goals are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to offer comprehensive consultation regarding patient treatment and progression.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities, regularly reassessing patient progress.
• Thoroughly document evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring effective resource management and high standards of patient care.
• Engage in leadership functions such as community outreach and program development, contributing to departmental strategies and marketing efforts.
• Participate in continuous education initiatives to enhance clinical skills and remain informed on industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our rehabilitation center serves a wide array of patients each with unique backgrounds and needs, and your ability to adapt treatment approaches based on age, culture, and specific health challenges will be essential in delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and physical therapy documentation software, is expected.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have at least two years of professional experience in physically rehabilitating patients. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
