Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth,we'relooking to add aQuality TechnicianlocatedinMilpitas, CA.

Reporting to theSr. Business Compliance Manager, theQuality Technicianrole involves supporting quality compliance activities with a primary focus on audits, ESD programs, and calibration management. This position plays a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems meet established standardsand meetcustomer requirements. The role partners closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams while serving as a point of contact for external calibration providers and ESD suppliers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, a commitment to compliance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Perform and support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements, procedures, and established standards.

  • Manage and coordinate calibration activities, including working directly with external calibration providers tomaintainequipment calibration records and schedules.

  • Support andmonitorthe site's ESD program, including audits, inspections, training support, and coordination with ESD suppliers.

  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to investigate findings, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation, compliance records, and reports while communicating audit, ESD, and calibration results toleadership.

The experiencewe'relooking to add to our team:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and externalpartners.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • Technicalassociate's degreepreferred.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environmentis preferred.

  • Experience supporting quality audits, compliance programs, or quality systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of ESD controls, ESD auditing practices, and compliance requirements preferred.

  • Experience coordinating or managing calibration programs and calibration records preferred.

  • Ability to work directly with external calibration providers and ESD suppliers.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability tomaintainaccuraterecords and documentation.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
