Job description

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.

Hourly$44.40 - $71.93

Overlake Breast Health Center has an opportunity for a Mammography Technologist with exceptional patient care skills, who will be responsible for performing screening and diagnostic mammograms as well as assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures. Procedures include pre-surgery guidewire localization, ductograms, stereotactic biopsies and ultrasound guided procedures. This full time position will have variable day shift hours with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualificationsfor Mammography Technologist

  • AA from an accredited radiology program is required, else equivalent related experience.
  • ARRT (R)certification required
  • ARRT (M) Mammography Certification preferred on date of hire. New graduates will be allowed up to 4 months to obtain ARRT (M) certification.
  • Registered with WA State required
  • Healthcare provider CPR required
  • One year previous screening mammography experience preferred

Qualifications for Mammography Technologist II

  • AA from an accredited radiology program is required.
  • ARRT (R)certification required
  • ARRT (M) Mammography Certification is required.
  • Registered with WA State required
  • Healthcare provider CPR required
  • Two years previous diagnostic/procedural mammography experience mandatory.
  • Ultrasound experience preferred.
