As a Physical Therapist at Flex Well Rehabilitation, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the entire therapeutic process for your assigned patient group in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and actively participate in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices that cater to the unique needs of each patient throughout their continuum of care.
• Carry out evaluations and implement treatment strategies within legal and ethical frameworks, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Assess and document therapeutic progress, functional status, and patient engagement as part of the overall plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic services in both clinical and home-based settings, adapting interventions and methods based on the physician’s directives.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Manage caseload effectively by prioritizing patient assignments and ensuring optimal staffing based on daily requirements.

You will work with a diverse population ranging from pediatric to adult patients who are undergoing rehabilitation for various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. Your role has a direct impact on patient outcomes and their overall quality of life, making your expertise and compassion essential in driving successful rehabilitation journeys.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of your employment start date.
