Job description

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's!!! Inshop Sandwich Makers/ Flex Delivery Drivers are responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate

sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift. Make awesome sandwiches. Work with fun people.

When the store is busy with deliveries we flex our instore members to being a driver. Drivers take home CA$H everyday, and have the potential to earn $20 an hour (This includes hourly wage, tips, and a wear and tear reimbursement for miles driven on your vehicle). While not on the road, drivers who are flex position will return to their normal instore roll.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Foster an environment of team work, while greeting and thanking every customer with a smile and eye contact

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer instore experience

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

• Execute quality store operations, clean store, small wares, merchandise as necessary

• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery

• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines

• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
