Description:

This position is a full-time exempt role leading the entirety of the company's Admissions Consulting and Academics department reporting into our Chief Executive Officer.


FLEX is seeking a candidate that provides executive leadership over the Admissions Consulting and Academic Instruction business unit, setting strategic vision and driving operational excellence across programs and enrollment. This role leads program development, enrollment strategy, and talent management while ensuring strong cross-functional execution. The VP partners closely with senior leadership to scale admissions services, strengthen organizational performance, and position the company competitively through data-driven planning, market insight, and continuous improvement. 

  • Set the strategic direction for Admissions Consulting programs and services.
  • Lead program development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Partner with the Sales team to establish goals and performance standards.
  • Provide enrollment forecasting and data-driven planning.
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate department leaders and staff.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Define KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to support company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Communicate program performance and initiatives to senior leadership.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an Ivy league or UC university; Preferred Master's/Doctorates
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Admissions, Counseling or Education
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of college admissions, counseling programs, or academic services.
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
  • Strong strategic planning and program development skills.
