Job description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a skilled nursing facility in Santa Clara, CA. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse adult and geriatric population while working in a post-acute skilled nursing environment. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
  • Active California SLP state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, including FEES or modified barium swallow collaboration preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team documentation preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs and treating geriatric populations preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift structure: Flex shifts; varies.
  • May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
