Job description

ROLE SUMMARYย 

The Fleet Service Managerย is responsible forย overseeing the completion of all automotive repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenanceย service, and checks of vehicles according to prescribed PM Policies and Procedures. The Fleet Service Manager will alsoย be responsible forย overseeing that there isย an accurateย recordย keeping ofย all services and repairs completed. Experience withย Fleetioย is a plus. This individual will reportย intoย the EMS Director.ย 

This isย aย Non-Exempt/Hourlyย position.ย ย 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย 

Specific Duties:ย 

  • Oversee the completion of all automotive repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance service, and checks of vehicles according to prescribed PM Policies and Proceduresย 

  • Ensureย accurateย record keeping of all services and repairs completed.ย 

  • Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.ย 

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.ย 

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.ย 

  • Monitor andย maintainย inventory of parts and supplies.ย 

  • Provide training and guidanceย toย mechanics and technicians.ย 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย
