Job description

Amazon Robotics is seeking an AMR Fleet Performance Engineer at our Buckeye fulfillment center west of Phoenix. You will analyze mobile robot fleet performance data, develop predictive maintenance models, identify fleet degradation trends, and implement hardware and software solutions that maximize robot availability and operational productivity.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of robotics or fleet management engineering experience
  • Data science skills (Python, SQL, statistical analysis)
  • Understanding of mobile robot hardware and failure modes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
