Overview
Join our dynamic logistics team as an Amazon DSP Dispatcher, where you'll play a vital role in orchestrating efficient delivery operations for our rapidly growing delivery network. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes using transportation management systems.
  • Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, track shipments, and adjust dispatch plans proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) via multi-line phone systems and other communication platforms.
  • Manage freight shipments by verifying shipping & receiving details, updating data entry logs, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Use analysis skills to troubleshoot dispatch issues, optimize delivery sequences, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, vehicle statuses, and shipment.
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette and clear communication to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining positive relationships with drivers and partners.

Experience
  • Proven experience in transportation management, dispatching, or logistics coordination within a supply chain environment.
