Job description

All American Ford in Old Bridge is one of the top dealerships in the U.S. and we are hiring! We currently have an open position for a Fleet Sales Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated, career-driven individual to join our team. There is a great demand for new, used and fleet vehicles, and we are looking for enthusiastic and determined professionals to represent our dealership. This position calls for an individual with strong work ethics, determined to excel in this industry and wants to be a part of the All American Family!
 
 
This position has the compensation of $52,000 per year, plus commission, with additional bonuses available.  
 
 
The Fleet Manager leads the dealership’s commercial vehicle and fleet sales operations. This role focuses on building relationships with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients that need multiple vehicles for their operations. The Fleet Manager works with Ford’s commercial solutions (Ford Pro), coordinates vehicle ordering and upfitting, and ensures excellent service for fleet customers. 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and manage the dealership’s commercial and fleet sales program
  • Build long-term relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities and government agencies
  • Identify customer fleet needs and recommend appropriate Ford commercial vehicles
  • Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, delivery, and financing
  • Manage fleet inventory planning and factory orders
  • Track sales performance and delivery forecasts
  • Ensure quality delivery and follow-up service for fleet clients
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
 
  • 3–5+ years of automotive sales or fleet management experience
  • Must have a valid license
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass background check required
