Job description

Salary: $28 - $33 per hour

Vinyl Installer

Luxxor is seeking a detail-oriented Vinyl Installer to support our vehicle graphics, signage, and wrap installation needs. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces, installing vinyl graphics, applying decals, assisting with vehicle wraps, and ensuring all finished work meets Luxxors quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, steady hands, patience, and the ability to work carefully around vehicles, equipment, and printed materials. Experience with vinyl installation, vehicle graphics, wrap installation, sign production, or similar hands-on work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and wraps on buses, vehicles, windows, panels, and other surfaces
  • Properly clean and prepare surfaces before installation
  • Measure, align, trim, and apply vinyl materials accurately
  • Assist with removing old vinyl, adhesive, decals, and graphics
  • Inspect finished work for bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, alignment issues, or defects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Safely use basic tools, squeegees, knives, heat guns, ladders, and installation equipment
  • Work with printed graphics and production materials while preventing damage or waste
  • Communicate material needs, installation concerns, and project updates to management
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous vinyl installation, vehicle wrap, sign shop, tint, detailing, or graphics experience preferred
  • Ability to read measurements and follow layout instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
  • Comfortable working around vehicles and large equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and handle rolls of material, tools, and installation supplies
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid drivers license preferred
