CDL A Truck Driver Flatbed Training
Full Time Carlinville, IL

About the Role
Kleeman Transport is hiring CDL A drivers who are interested in learning flatbed operations and advancing into over-the-road driving roles. This position provides hands-on training in load securement, safety procedures, and flatbed hauling.
This is an ideal opportunity for drivers who want to expand their skill set and move into higher-earning flatbed positions.
What Youll Do
  • Learn flatbed load securement using straps, chains, and proper safety techniques.
  • Operate a Class A tractor trailer under training supervision.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs.
  • Work with dispatch to understand routes and delivery expectations.

  • Valid CDL A license.
  • Ability to meet DOT requirements, including passing a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Driving record that meets company and regulatory standards.
