FLAGGER / LABORER TRAINEE
Start a Career - Not Just a Job
M&B Services is looking for motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in construction and infrastructure work. No prior construction experience is required - we provide training, hands-on learning, and opportunities for advancement.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, want to learn new skills, and are looking for a stable career path with room to grow.
As a Flagger / Laborer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced team members learning roadway safety, traffic control, concrete construction support, and general labor skills while helping improve communities throughout Pennsylvania.

What You'll Learn
Through on-the-job training and mentoring, you will gain experience in:
  • Traffic control and roadway work zone safety
  • Proper use of construction tools and equipment
  • Job site setup and cleanup

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely direct traffic through active work zones
  • Set up and remove traffic control devices including cones, signs, and barricades
  • Assist crews with concrete and construction-related labor activities
  • Load, unload, and move materials and tools
  • Perform general labor duties including shoveling, cleanup, and job site preparation
  • Follow company safety procedures and training requirements
  • Work with experienced crew members to build knowledge and skills
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
  • No construction experience required
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Dependable and reliable work habits
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Reliable transportation to reporting locations
