About the Role:
Nationwide Pennant & Flag is looking for a skilled and motivated Flag and Banner Installer to join our team in San Antonio, TX! This is a hands-on, active role where you'll bring color and pride to businesses, events, and communities across the region. If you love working outdoors and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, replace, and remove flags, banners, and pennants at commercial, residential, and event locations
  • Mount flagpoles, brackets, and hardware to various surfaces including concrete, brick, and wood
  • Inspect and maintain flag and banner installations to ensure safety and proper display
  • Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials to job sites
  • Follow installation blueprints, work orders, and client specifications accurately
  • Operate ladders, lifts, and basic power tools in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicate professionally with clients on-site regarding installation details
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
