About the Role:
N Zone Sports SoCal is looking for an energetic and passionate Multi-Sport Coach to lead youth athletes in Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football in South Corona, CA, Temescal Valley, CA, and Lake Elsinore, CA! This is your chance to make a real impact by inspiring the next generation of athletes while doing what you love. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and have a heart for working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Coach and instruct youth athletes in soccer, basketball, and flag football fundamentals
  • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate practices and game-day activities
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment for all skill levels
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games
  • Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and program coordinators
  • Model sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character development on and off the field
  • Set up and break down equipment and facilities as needed for each session
Requirements:
  • Prior high school athletic experience or sports coaching experience required
  • Knowledge of soccer, basketball, and/or flag football rules and fundamentals
  • Strong communication and classroom/field management skills
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and dependable with a passion for youth development
  • Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check and pass an acedemic competency test
  • Reliable transportation to Temescal Valley, South Corona, and North Lake Elsinore
