Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22-$28 per hour (dependent on industry experience)

At Fenix Outdoor, we’re looking for a B2B Account Representative to help create that experience for our wholesale partners. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted connection point between our sales teams, internal partners, and our retailers who bring our brands to outdoor communities across North America.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and bringing order to complexity. You’ll help guide wholesale orders from booking through delivery while partnering across Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Account Partnership & Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts and sales representative groups

  • Build strong relationships through responsive communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service

  • Support account needs, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure a positive experience throughout the order lifecycle

Order Management & Operational Excellence

  • Manage wholesale orders from pre-book through fulfillment, maintaining accuracy across order entry, allocations, confirmations, and delivery execution

  • Ensure all order details, shipping requirements, routing instructions, and supporting documentation are complete and accurate

  • Monitor open orders, production status, and fulfillment timelines; proactively communicate updates and potential risks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to manage order flow and resolve challenges

  • Support seasonal booking initiatives, sales programs, and inventory opportunities through accurate system setup and execution

  • Help balance customer expectations with business priorities while identifying practical solutions to complex situations

Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across ERP and order management systems

  • Analyze order trends and recurring challenges to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Contribute to documentation, workflow enhancements, and scalable processes that support future growth

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

You bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, dealer services, account services, order management, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed

  • Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems and processes

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working toward shared goals

Preferred (but not required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft AX

  • Experience using Zendesk

  • Data analysis and reporting skills

  • Experience supporting wholesale, retail, apparel, footwear, outdoor, or consumer goods businesses
