Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Junior Fixture Specialist opportunities in Marlborough MA 01752. Responsibilities for Junior Fixture Specialist include but are not limited to:

· Analyze data, site plans, and surveys to determine fixture needs and create purchase orders.

· Coordinate with Construction, Store Operations, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

· Act as the main point of contact between contractors and project managers, supporting requests and resolving issues.

· Validate and process additional or replacement fixture orders.

· Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; monitor and report costs.

· Maintain accuracy of the Timberline system and manage purchase orders/invoices in Oracle.

· Provide feedback on supplier performance and product quality.

Candidates for Junior Fixture Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.

· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.
