What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Fixture Design position, and why are they important?

To thrive in Fixture Design, a strong background in mechanical engineering or industrial design, along with proficiency in CAD software, is typically required. Familiarity with tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and knowledge of manufacturing processes are essential, with certifications like GD&T or Six Sigma considered advantageous.
