What You Will Get To Do:

  • Provide technical Customer support for the Lightning and Singularity for Banking applications via phone or e-mail to existing customer base
  • Assist with the technical administration and execution of new user implementations
  • Assist in the design and specifications of system enhancements
  • Assist with QA testing of new releases of the application
  • Update and enhance documentation on the application, training handouts, procedures, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of securities and investment accounting best practices to use in coaching our clients to successful utilization of our software and services
  • Develop detailed knowledge of client companies – decision makers, influencers, types of business units, invested asset. Leverage this knowledge to strengthen and grow relationships with clients
  • Ability to track multiple deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize across several clients and internal demands
  • Achieve department goals in the areas of client satisfaction, revenue opportunity identification, and other established performance metrics
  • Other duties as assigned including the management of internal projects
  • Knowledge and/or experience in a Bank Capital Markets, Treasury or Fixed Income Trading environment, either in operations or as a trading floor assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLO, Swaps, etc.
  • Strong analytical ability to perform full range of problem-solving tasks - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong accounting, finance, or investment knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, mobile technology, web-based software is preferred
  • Aggressive, competitive self-starter
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

What You Will Bring:

  • Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Web-based Software. SQL. Mobile Technology
  • 4 Years experience working with Clients and problem solving while providing solutions in a technical environment.
  • 2-4 Years of experience and Strong knowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLO, Swaps, etc

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 65000 USD to 75000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
