MFS' ESG integration strategy is not based on creating new products or implementing exclusions. Instead, we conduct rigorous, security-level analysis that allows us to develop a nuanced understanding of the financially material ESG risks and opportunities facing each fixed income or equity issuer. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support a team of two experienced fixed income ESG analysts to utilize general investment and fixed income expertise in collaborating with analysts, portfolio managers, and others on security-specific and thematic ESG research
  • Work closely with other members of the equity and fixed income investment team to prepare for and conduct effective issuer engagements
  • Enhance integration frameworks in fixed income sub asset classes (e.g. securitized, muni, and sovereign).
  • Communicate with clients and other external parties regarding MFS' equity and fixed income ESG research and stewardship activity
  • Represent MFS in various sustainability organizations/initiatives
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2-5 years of experience in an investment role with ESG and Fixed Income experience
  • Working towards CFA or other relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work creatively and independently
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability
Base Salary : $115,000This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
