As a Fixed Income Investment Product Manager, you'll be focused on the development and management of Capital Group Fixed Income products and services. You will be instrumental in helping to build and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap and delivering on business plan commitments.

Skills/Qualifications
  • You have 7+ years of experience in fixed income investment-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income credit and capital markets. Experience with private markets strategies, vehicles, or client needs is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Holds Series 7 and 63, or equivalent, licenses, and/or is willing to earn these licenses at the outset of the role.
  • CFA, or interest in pursuing CFA, a plus.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
