Job description

GAQ427R37
We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our global treasury infrastructure. Sitting at the intersection of high-growth technology, strategic liquidity, and cutting-edge operational design, you will own the day-to-day execution and long-term transformation of our global cash management and banking architecture. You will leverage modern financial technology, automated workflows, and AI tools to enable a scalable and clearly governed treasury function.
The impact you will have:
  • Global Cash & Liquidity Management: Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting. Oversee key treasury payments including intercompany funding, foreign exchange (FX) settlements, and strategic investments.
  • Investment Portfolio Strategy: Manage in-house and external fixed income portfolios. Drive trading execution, yield optimization strategies, month-end closes, SOX compliance, GAAP disclosures and interest income/expense forecasts.
  • Operational Transformation & Automation: Redesign treasury workflows and infrastructure from intake to execution. Eliminate friction by deploying AI, ticketing tools, ERP integrations, and automated bank connectivity.
  • Policy Ownership: Draft, refine, and enforce global policies for cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits.
  • Bank & Counterparty Relationships: Direct global banking partnerships, manage fee structures, and lead recurring operational and service reviews.
  • Letters of Credit: Oversee issuance, reporting and bank allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Architecture & M&A: Lead treasury integration for M&A activity and legal entity expansion. Serve as a core business partner across AP, AR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and IT.
  • Systems Administration: Manage access, data integrity, and compliance across key systems (ChathamDirect, FXAll, Money Fund Portals, Clearwater, ERP, and internal Treasury Data Lakes).

What we look for:
  • Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Cash Management experience within a fast-scaling tech company or multi entity/currency enterprise environment. Knowledge of global banking and payments systems is a must.
  • Fixed Income Expertise: Proven track record managing corporate fixed income portfolios and navigating financial markets.
  • Systems & AI Literacy: Proficiency in modern treasury infrastructure (Clearwater, ChathamDirect, FXAll, SAP/Netsuite systems) and hands-on experience leveraging AI platforms (Genie One, Gemini) to automate manual workflows and enhance reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record of partner management with an ability to influence cross-functional teams to solve systemic operational challenges.
  • Execution & Ownership: A self-starter mindset with the drive to build robust documentation, eliminate manual overhead, and take full accountability for global outcomes.
