The Client Associate will act in an Executive Assistant capacity serving as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring seamless execution of administrative, client-facing, and marketing initiatives. You will be working with UBS Financial Services - specifically UBS's Corporate Cash Management Group (CCMG) in Chicago, IL. UBS's Corporate Cash Management Group specializes in delivering separately managed fixed income investment programs for institutional investors.
Your expertise
Calendar & Scheduling Management
• Coordinate and maintain the team's master calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation for internal priorities and client meetings.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
Expense & Budget Administration
• Process and submit business expenses in accordance with compliance and corporate policies for five Financial Advisors.
• Track team budget allocations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Team Business Manager support
