Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel, portfolio management systems, and often CFA certification are commonly required. Most teams adopt structured workflows and frequent check-ins to ensure alignment and maintain a collaborative environment, despite the distance. This remote structure can also offer flexibility and autonomy, but it requires strong organizational and communication skills to stay connected and effective.
