Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy and Business Planning Take on sales responsibilities within Cross-Asset Distribution Sales, part of the Americas Solutions Sales team, focused on US based clients. Pricing, execution and post sales/booking of Equity and Fixed Income Structured Notes Plan and organize client visits and meetings to pitch the bank's product capabilities in line with internal procedures.

Identify, target and solicit new accounts/customers where appropriate; initiate and drive internal procedures necessary to on-boarding new clients (account opening, documentation, etc.) Ensure all usual sales and business KPIs are monitored; work with structuring and trading to ensure an improvement of the desk KPIs in line with the objectives of the desk and the department.
