Job Objective: The Taxable Fixed Income Trader and Senior Portfolio Associate will be responsible for managing investment-grade bond portfolios for high-net-worth clients, with a focus on short to intermediate duration strategies. This individual will play a key role in delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns while aligning portfolios with client objectives. This role requires strong credit analysis capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
โ€ข Manage taxable investment-grade bond portfolios across short to intermediate durations
โ€ข Perform fundamental credit analysis and ongoing monitoring of issuers and sectors
โ€ข Construct and maintain portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and income needs
โ€ข Evaluate relative value opportunities across the fixed income universe
โ€ข Monitor market conditions, interest rate trends, and economic developments

Job Requirements
โ€ข 5-10 years of relevant experience in taxable fixed income
โ€ข 3-5 years of taxable, investment grade, portfolio management experience

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000, with a bonus based on individual and firm performance. Total compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and overall contribution.
The actual base compensation offered will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant years of experience, career progression, qualifications, educational background, certifications or professional licenses, and role-specific skills.
