Job description

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced IT Production Services Team Lead to support a high-volume fixed income trading and post-trade operations environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact/BPS or similar securities processing platforms, along with deep knowledge of fixed income trade lifecycle, settlement operations, and production support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead production support activities for fixed income trading and post-trade systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end processing of securities transactions including matching, clearing, and settlement.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex production incidents, trading breaks, and system outages.
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams, operations teams, and external clients to resolve issues and support enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, identify operational risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Support system releases, operational readiness, and production stability initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities align with regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide operations associates, support analysts, and technical team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in capital markets, fixed income operations, or production support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact, Broadridge BPS, or similar fixed income settlement platforms.
  • Solid understanding of the fixed income trade lifecycle, securities processing, middle office, and back office workflows.
  • Experience with BONY, RTTM, DTCC, or related settlement platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading production support or operations support teams.
  • Strong incident management, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication skills.
Technical Skills
  • SQL

  • Cognos experience preferred
  • Unix/Linux environment exposure preferred
