Job Description: Vice President - Operations

The Vice President, Global Trade Support Operations is responsible for leading the firm's global trade support and securities lending operations, ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of domestic and international transactions across multiple asset classes. This role provides strategic oversight of operational risk, client service, process optimization, and business growth initiatives while driving operational excellence through technology and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Global Trade Support Operations across Equity, Fixed Income, and Options markets, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Direct and manage all daily, weekly, monthly, and special Options Expiration processing activities, including monthly Saturday expiration events, to ensure accurate and timely settlement.
  • Oversee Global Securities Lending Operations for both domestic and international markets, maintaining efficient trade processing, inventory management, and client servicing.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Operational Risk Framework by implementing effective controls, monitoring key risk indicators, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted operational partner while identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Analyze workforce requirements, productivity metrics, and labor drivers to optimize resource allocation and implement operational best practices.
  • Partner with business development teams to support new client opportunities, operational due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational efficiencies through technology, automation, and the adoption of industry-leading practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product Management, Compliance, Risk, and Client Service, to implement strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting to measure operational effectiveness, service quality, and organizational performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading global trade support, securities operations, with experience managing P&S, Options and Stock Loan
  • Deep knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Options, and Securities Lending operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience managing global operations and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and process redesign.
  • Excellent client relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200k-$225k. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
