In the role of Sr. Tax Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the tax department which values motivated team members who successfully navigate multiple priorities. You will be driven to continue to expand your tax knowledge to prepare for complex issues within the constantly changing tax landscape.

Under the general direction of the Federal Senior Tax Manager, the Senior Tax Analyst performs US domestic compliance and consulting tax duties. The qualified candidate will also support other members of the Tax Department and ensure compliance with tax laws while minimizing the tax burden of the company

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Oversee the collection and validation of all data required for U.S. federal income tax compliance and quarterly provision
  • Prepare and/or review U.S. federal income tax returns for Molson Coors Beverage Company and its U.S. subsidiaries.
  • Prepare, calculate, and document the U.S. R&D tax credit, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors as needed.
  • Analyze financial and tax data to identify tax planning opportunities, process improvements, and potential tax savings.
  • Prepare and/or review quarterly federal tax filings, extension requests, and related supporting documentation.
  • Maintain the federal tax calendar; oversee the processing of tax authority notices; and prepare and review monthly tax account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and/or review quarterly U.S. federal tax provision calculations, including coordination with internal business partners to support quarter-end information requests.
  • Lead the ongoing review and reconciliation of U.S. federal fixed assets and related depreciation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with tax reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and manage the global cash tax forecast, including coordination with domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Provide support for U.S. federal income tax audits, including responses to IRS information requests, notices, and appeals of tax assessments.
  • Identify and implement internal control enhancements, process efficiencies, and data automation initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters in Taxation a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in a US domestic tax role
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles – GAAP (CPA desired)
  • SAP knowledge, Sage Fixed Asset and Corptax experience a plus
  • Customer service orientation and team player attitude
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate technical issues to both tax and non-tax professionals
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to assist with various tax projects

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
