Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Senior Accountant at our Shawnee, KSlocation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliationsofall CMO Americas business units
  • Provide forecast and review trends to highlight potential overspends or errors to ensure the integrity of month end reports.
  • Ensure overall management of the Fixed Assets and Asset WIP.
  • Maintain and reconcile the accounting and tax fixed asset register to ensure integrity of the financial statements and support the completion of the tax return.
  • Ensure the prompt analysis of P&L results and report to Business Units in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for maintaining costings and quarterly standard cost reviews.
  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely updates to project sponsors to monitor spend against budget, including providing prompt warning of potential overspends.
  • Ensure cash flows are updated accurately and on a consistent basis.
  • Responsible for performing detailed variance analysis of the Raw Material Usage Variance (RMUV) and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) accounts.
