Job Description Client Onboarding Analyst Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Position Overview Goldman Sachs is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to support its Private Wealth Management (PWM) Client Identification Program. This role is responsible for reviewing client documentation and ensuring new and existing accounts meet Client Identification Program (CIP), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory, country-specific, and internal control requirements. The Analyst will work closely with Private Wealth Management Sales and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) teams to complete client onboarding and annual review activities while balancing regulatory requirements with business and client needs

Key Responsibilities Review and validate documentation for new and existing Private Wealth Management clients. Ensure client documentation satisfies CIP, AML, regulatory, country-specific, and internal policy requirements. Compile documentation packages for appropriate review, approval, and sign-off.

Complete annual client reviews accurately and within established procedures. Analyze client information, identify missing or inconsistent documentation, and take appropriate steps to resolve outstanding items. Learn and apply country-specific Client Identification Program requirements to daily onboarding activities.

Serve as a liaison between Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Private Wealth Management Sales teams. Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations throughout the onboarding and review process. Escalate documentation, regulatory, or compliance issues when appropriate.

Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple cases and competing priorities. Develop an understanding of the PWM business while ensuring Goldman Sachs CIP standards and internal controls are consistently met. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.

1+ years of financial services experience, preferably within: AML / Anti-Money Laundering Client Onboarding CIP / Client Identification Program KYC / Know Your Customer Compliance Regulatory Operations Experience reviewing client documentation and working within established policies and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and web-based applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client cases. Strong analytical judgment and problem-resolution skills. Experience managing client or stakeholder expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
