This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions and interact with clients from your own space. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a structured schedule that respects work-life balance. While you will not be physically present in an office, you will be part of a dynamic virtual team that places a high value on collaboration and communication.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments via telehealth platforms, gathering detailed client histories to form the basis of treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions that address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress in electronic medical records, delivering updates as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting plans as necessary and communicating effectively with clients and support networks.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Your role as an LPCC will focus on a diverse population of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth, you can offer support to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional mental health resources, particularly in the Stockton, California area. Your expertise will empower clients to improve their mental well-being, enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or related environment.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in client interactions.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records, adapting to new technologies efficiently.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and populations, including both adults and adolescents.

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary of $115,000 to $120,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
