Job description

Position Overview

Keys To Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our innovative telehealth team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders. As an LPCC, you will utilize telehealth technology to conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing support, all from the comfort of your home. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Organization

At Keys To Health Therapy, we are committed to expanding access to mental health services, particularly in underserved communities. Our organization leverages the power of technology to reach individuals who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy. Our collaborative approach embraces diversity and prioritizes patient-centered care, ensuring each client's journey towards mental wellness is supported by skilled professionals.

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions and interact with clients from your own space. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a structured schedule that respects work-life balance. While you will not be physically present in an office, you will be part of a dynamic virtual team that places a high value on collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments via telehealth platforms, gathering detailed client histories to form the basis of treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress in electronic medical records, delivering updates as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting plans as necessary and communicating effectively with clients and support networks.
  • Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LPCC will focus on a diverse population of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth, you can offer support to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional mental health resources, particularly in the Stockton, California area. Your expertise will empower clients to improve their mental well-being, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or related environment.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records, adapting to new technologies efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and populations, including both adults and adolescents.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in a virtual setting.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary of $115,000 to $120,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes health, dental, and life insurance, ensuring that you and your family are well supported. Additionally, our organization fosters a culture of wellness, aiming to provide resources that promote your own mental health and well-being.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Keys To Health Therapy, your professional development is a priority. We offer opportunities for continuing education, specialized training, and mentorship programs designed to enhance your skills as a clinician.
