Job description

Pay - Set Flat Fee - Based on Raw Content Hours

Are you passionate about fitness, coaching, and being in front of the camera? We're seeking high-energy fitness professionals to lead dynamic, engaging workout classes filmed for a cutting-edge smart gym platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing fitness technology company that’s redefining how people train.

As an On-Camera Fitness Trainer, you’ll create and lead expert-level strength, conditioning, and wellness routines for a growing user base -all while representing the highest standard of coaching on camera. This role is ideal for certified trainers who want to innovate, educate, and perform at the highest level of fitness media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and film a variety of follow-along fitness classes (live and on-demand)
  • Design effective programs across strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, mobility, and recovery
  • Collaborate with exercise science and tech teams to ensure accuracy and performance standards
  • Review and quality-check filmed content before release
  • Educate users on exercise technique, product usage, and programming via camera and live demos
  • Participate in beta trials, product testing, and personal training demos as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or strength and conditioning
  • Certified Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Coach (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of movement science and human biomechanics
  • Comfortable on camera and in performance-based environments
  • Experience writing workouts and managing client progress

What makes you stand out:

  • Previous on-camera or media-based coaching
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field
  • Experience coaching athletes or active populations (collegiate/professional/elite-level)
  • Familiarity with biomechanical tools (e.g., force plates, motion tracking, EMG)
  • Strong Excel/data tracking skills
  • Background in collecting and interpreting athlete performance metrics (HR, Vo2, RMR, movement screening, etc.)
