Unlike traditional gyms, fitness studios typically focus on specific types of workouts, such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Studios often provide a more personalized and community-oriented environment, making them popular for people seeking targeted fitness experiences. Many studios also offer amenities like locker rooms, nutrition counseling, and wellness workshops.
