Responsibility:
The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various high-intensity exercise classes and activities designed to improve our members' physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences. Cultivate a spirit of camaraderie, catering to individual needs in a dynamic and energetic environment while delivering safe and effective workouts to deliver stellar Chuze experiences for members at every stage of their fitness journey.
  • Lead safe, motivating, and high-energy classes that build community, inspire confidence, and help participants reach their fitness goals at all levels
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience through a consistent class schedule, strong rapport with members, maintaining cleanliness during and after sessions, and arriving to class with the equipment, music, and enthusiasm needed to energize every session
  • Complete required onboarding and training, and stay up to date on class formats, programming, and company standards
  • Embrace feedback and coaching from fitness leadership to continuously grow your skills and elevate the member experience
  • Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and expertise to your classes
  • Collaborate with club teams and utilize department communication tools to support member needs, stay aligned with fitness initiatives, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Your Skills:
Requirements:
  • Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification
  • Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels
  • Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
  • Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
  • Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
  • CPR/First Aid certified
Preferences:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
