We are looking for someone who can combine their experience and leadership skills into helping us execute a Personal Training program that is SO GOOD that our clients achieve their goals and tell their friends, family, and coworkers about it!
Our Fitness Manager recruits, hires, and develops a team of Personal Trainers who provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, supplementation, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training. Our Crunch Clients sign up with a personal trainer to be motivated, educated, and held accountable while working towards their health and wellness goals.
By definition, a personal trainer is a fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction, and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals. This career path has a much higher profile than ever before, and our Fitness Managers are committed to assisting our dedicated and driven staff members in the development of their skills and professional growth.
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: 65-70k Based on Experience and Club Size/Scope
  • Compensation Opportunity is 65-125k inclusive of salary, bonus, session pay, and commission
  • Consistently Successful FMs make 100k+ per year

Fitness Manager Expectations and Responsibilities:
  • GROW YOUR TEAM by Leading, training and developing a team of Personal Trainers.
  • Increase Personal Training revenue and profitability through managing sales performance, sessions serviced growth, quality of personal training experience and payroll management
  • Responsible for creating new business opportunities by engaging our members "off the floor" and growing the active client base.
  • GOAL is the GOAL. Our Fitness Managers are responsible for delivering their monthly business targets and growing the business month over month
  • Passionate about fitness and coaching others with purpose while providing excellent customer service through our 4 PILLARS approach
  • Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
  • Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and exercise science
  • Conducts Fitness Assessments according to Company protocol
  • Educates members and staff on the current health and fitness trends
  • Focused on the member experience by providing "yes, and" customer service seeking to create super users at our Crunch facilities
  • Ability to design exercise programs tailored to the needs of our clients
  • Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity and personal health and fitness
  • Willingness to uphold Company protocol and policies

Qualifications:
  • Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge
  • Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification and/or 4-year Related Degree (e.g. Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, etc.)
  • Previous personal training management experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move weight in excessive of 50 pounds
