Description
Our team is searching for a CrossFit Coach to lead fitness classes, design workouts, and help people improve their fitness levels. The ideal candidate will create a supportive environment that encourages teamwork.

Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities
Beginning of Shift:
• Set up workouts and be at the facility 15 minutes before each session.
• Ensure workouts are designed based on client goals.
• Be familiar with weekly internal promotions for smooth client communication.
• Spot-check the facility for cleanliness and organization.
During Sessions:
• Motivate workouts, keep members engaged, and most importantly, make sure they are performing movements correctly.
• Greet new clients within 10 seconds of arrival.
• Notify the Sales Manager of any potential referrals.
End of Shift:
• Break down workouts.
• Ensure equipment is properly put away.
• Collect whiteboards.
• Say goodbye to customers with a friendly attitude.
• Make sure all internal promo sign-ups are added to the event clipboard.
• Turn off music, speakers, lights, etc., and lock up the facility.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Must have CrossFit Level 1 certification or be in the process of obtaining it.
• Must bring enthusiasm.
• Should be team-oriented and focused on supporting others.
• Must understand that maintaining the facility is important for supporting our team and helping people.
• A commitment to our mission.
• Sales aptitude is required (comfortable reaching out to clients).
• Must focus on providing a good experience to customers to encourage retention.
• Must provide excellent service and greet members by name. If you don't know their name, ask for it and remember it.
• The role requires effort and commitment.
