Description
Our fitness studio is booming, and we're searching for a fun and dynamic fitness instructor who can lead new and engaging classes for our members. You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. Qualifications
• Must have an accredited Personal Training/Group Fitness/Strength and Conditioning certification, preferably NSCA CSCS certification, with 1+ years of experience
Knowledge of Exercise Science: understanding of safe, effective training techniques
Experience leading group classes: ability to manage and motivate diverse groups
Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: clear, energetic, and encouraging instruction, and the ability to lead a group of all fitness levels
